Who Am I???
Like almost everyone else I’ve met out here, I’m a California transplant. I was born and raised in Michigan and never, EVER saw myself moving to Orange County, California. But then I met and married a SoCal native and I was soon California bound. Now I’m settled in and consider this surreal place home. I’ve even grown to like it – I mean you really can’t beat the weather, right? So me and the husband are living it up in the OC and have a new addition to the family – I recently became a mom to the sweetest baby boy in the world.
So a little about myself…I’m a new mom, a wife, a book worm, an overeater, a silly drunk, an overly proud Irish American (please note this awesome picture), foul-mouthed, insecure yet judgemental, easily amused, Buddhish (I’m not strong enough in my convictions or practice to say that I’m officially Buddhist), an aspiring writer, and a mess of contradictions.
